Later Life Planning
Later Life planning relates to a wide range of clients. Typically it will include those who are about to retire right through to those who have been retired for decades. Alternatively it could apply to those acting on behalf of an older relative.
In January 2014, Stephen Sale who is one of the advisers at BLM, and a principal, achieved accreditation by SOLLA (Society of Later Life Advisers) in recognition for his enhanced training and experience working with later life clients. It also recognises the fact that BLM provides the necessary supportive environment and processes to accommodate those who require advice in this area.
For those requiring advice in this area, whether it be for themselves or for an elderly relative, an accredited later life adviser will take the time to meet with them and discuss their situation and requirements. After understanding a clients needs an accredited adviser will make recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
An initial meeting is provided free of charge to the client and will help us to establish whether we can be of assistance or not. We can explain our services and how we charge for them and you can then decide if BLM fits with your requirements or not.
